RGB HUB75 MatrixPanel P3 64x64

The RGB HUB75 MatrixPanel P3 64x64 is a standard HUB75 matrix panel
with 64x64 pixels with a pixel pitch of 3mm.

Each LED consists of a red, green and blue LED.
This enables individual RGB control of each individual LED.

The HUB75 MatrixPanels can be strung together.
However, the maximum number of pixels must be observed by the HUB75 controller.
